Central Requisition Pads for ePro users:
Due to popular demand, your eCommerce facility now allows you to upload a single requisition pad for an entire ePro site.
To do this, go to the same place you would upload a requisition pad normally (within the 'extended options' under 'user maintenance') for any user,
and put a tick in the checkbox which says 'Use as Central Requisition File'.
When you upload your file, it will now be used for all users under the ePro account.

UK online spending up by 50% this year
Consumers in the UK spent £13billion online in the first quarter this year, which works out at about £214 for every person in the country. That's a 50.5% increase when compared to the same time period in 2007. The biggest increase was seen in sales of
shoes, clothing and accessories, and the electrical sector showed a 6.8% growth rate.
So why are we seeing such an increase in sales online, especially when you consider the UK is heading towards a credit crunch?
There seem to be two major the factors: The unseasonable weather we were having at the time may be to blame, as more people stayed indoors to avoid the cold, up goes their level of online spend.
The other factor seems to be that more and more people are searching the web to get a bargain, finding it easier to compare products and prices at their desks, than using the traditional method of trawling round a number of stores.

You can have your own domain name!
You can have your own domain name, rather than the cxcommerce one, using a process called web masking.
In order to mask the domain name www.cxcommerce.com, you will need to obtain a new domain name, such as www.yourdomain.co.uk, or if you already have a domain name for your main website, you may wish to add a sub-domain to this, such as http://store.yourdomain.co.uk.
Once you have this, you will need to point the 'A record' to the IP Address 217.196.254.2.
If you are unsure how to do any of this, your ISP or Domain Hosting Provider (or whomever maintains your domain addresses) should be able to assist.
Once this has been done, send an email to support@commercexchange.com advising that you have pointed your 'A record' to us and would like us to add your domain. Please ensure you include the domain name you wish to use.
